Law Enforcement Friends
Service the Hearts and Minds of Central Oregon’s First Responders.
“The Central Oregon Police Chaplaincy is an excellent Biblically-based, non-profit ministry that exists to serve and support all law enforcement and emergency services personnel and their families within Central Oregon. It is truly an organization comprised of dedicated and consummate professionals who are devoted to being of service to others.
I personally had occasion to use their voluntary services when my father passed away in 2007. He was a World War II Veteran and served in the Army Air Corps. After the war he continued to serve in the law enforcement profession until his honorable retirement and subsequent death.
Due to his professions, I called the Chaplaincy and asked Chaplain James Crowley if he would officiate at his funeral. Without hesitation, he said he would be honored to do so and made a heartfelt and superb presentation in dress uniform.
I subsequently learned that Executive Chaplain Crowley was camping with his family on vacation many miles away and returned to perform the funeral services without mentioning this fact. This speaks volumes of what type of dedicated and caring person he is. I urge every person to support this very worthy organization.”
